What can I do with Astraeus?
- Today: physical, emotional and intellectual biorhythm scores with a short reading.
- Biorhythm chart with preset and custom date ranges.
- Daily, weekly and monthly horoscopes for the twelve signs, with past dates to browse.
- Sky: positions of the Sun, Moon and planets, calculated on the device.
- Compatibility charts against another birth date (Astraeus Plus).
- Love, Career and Wellbeing readings (Astraeus Plus).
- Share a reading as an image card.
- An optional daily reminder.
How do I change my name, birth date or sign?
Go to Profile ▸ Redo Onboarding and enter them again. Your biorhythms and readings follow the new details.
How do I turn on the daily reminder?
Switch on the daily reminder in the Profile tab. iOS asks for permission the first time. The reminder arrives each morning and mentions your sign.
Does Astraeus need an internet connection?
No. Biorhythms, readings and the sky are worked out on your device from content built into the app. You only need a connection to buy or restore Astraeus Plus through the App Store.
Is the other person's birth date saved when I check compatibility?
No. The name and birth date you enter for a compatibility chart are used for that comparison on screen and aren't saved.
What does Astraeus Plus include?
Compatibility charts, and Love, Career and Wellbeing readings under each daily, weekly and monthly horoscope. The daily reading, the biorhythm chart and the sky stay free.
Do I need an account?
No. Astraeus works without signing in.
Where is my data kept?
On your device. We don’t have a copy, so we can’t recover it if you delete the app; keep your device backed up.
How do I restore my purchases?
Profile ▸ Astraeus Plus ▸ Restore Purchases, and Restore Purchases on the Astraeus Plus screen. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. If your purchase still doesn’t appear, email us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ Astraeus, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Profile ▸ Delete All My Data erases your name, birth date, saved readings and the daily reminder from the device. Astraeus Plus purchases stay with your Apple Account and can be restored. Deleting Astraeus from your device removes what it keeps in its own storage. If you've bought something, a random purchase identifier that the app keeps in the iOS Keychain can stay on the device after the app is deleted, so your purchases can be matched again; it doesn't identify you.
