LUDOS Privacy Policy
In short
- Data not collected. LUDOS doesn’t send your personal information to us or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
- No tracking and no ads. LUDOS doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites and doesn’t show ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services are built in.
- No account: you don’t sign in, and we don’t know who you are.
Who we are
LUDOS is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use LUDOS on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: support@marketgence.com.
What stays on your device
LUDOS keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:
- The games you save.
- The last eight games you played.
- Whether you've seen the introduction.
We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.
Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.
What leaves your device
Nothing that identifies you. LUDOS doesn’t send your personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Permissions
LUDOS doesn’t ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts or other protected information.
Tracking, ads and analytics
LUDOS doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.
LUDOS doesn’t show ads.
It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.
Accounts
There are no accounts in LUDOS. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.
Purchases
LUDOS has no in-app purchases.
Children
LUDOS isn’t directed at children under 13, and it doesn’t collect personal information from anyone.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Information on your device stays until you delete it. Deleting LUDOS removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because LUDOS keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email support@marketgence.com. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how LUDOS handles information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and list the change below.
