Nepethene Privacy Policy
In short
- Data not collected. Nepethene doesn’t send your personal information to us or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
- No tracking and no ads. Nepethene doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites and doesn’t show ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services are built in.
- No account: you don’t sign in, and we don’t know who you are.
Who we are
Nepethene is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Nepethene on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: support@marketgence.com.
What stays on your device
Nepethene keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:
- Affirmations you save as favorites.
- Journal reflections: the mood you pick and any note you write.
- Your day streak, best streak and number of breathing sessions.
- Whether the daily reminder is on, and its time.
- Whether you have seen the welcome screens.
We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.
Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.
What leaves your device
Nothing that identifies you. Nepethene doesn’t send your personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Permissions
Nepethene asks for these only when you use the feature that needs them. You can change your answer at any time in the Settings app.

Tracking, ads and analytics
Nepethene doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.
Nepethene doesn’t show ads.
It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.
Accounts
There are no accounts in Nepethene. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.
Purchases
Nepethene has no in-app purchases.
Children
Nepethene isn’t directed at children under 13, and it doesn’t collect personal information from anyone.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Information on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete it in the app: Settings ▸ Your practice ▸ Clear favorites, and Delete all journal notes. Single reflections can be deleted with a long press in Favorites ▸ Journal. Streak counts and reminder settings are removed when you delete the app. Deleting Nepethene removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because Nepethene keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email support@marketgence.com. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Nepethene handles information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and list the change below.
- : First version on apps.marketgence.com. It replaces the earlier policy at g3i3xlw573qgfgly6m8fr-web.rork.live/privacy. Corrected: the old policy said the app asks for no permissions, but it asks to send notifications when you turn on the daily reminder, and it now lists your journal reflections, streak counts and reminder time among the data kept on your device.
