NEUROCADE Privacy Policy
In short
- Data not collected. NEUROCADE doesn’t send your personal information to us or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
- No tracking and no ads. NEUROCADE doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites and doesn’t show ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services are built in.
- No account: you don’t sign in, and we don’t know who you are.
Who we are
NEUROCADE is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use NEUROCADE on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: support@marketgence.com.
What stays on your device
NEUROCADE keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:
- Tasks, ideas and focus sessions, and the notes you write in them.
- Daily Scan check-ins: mood, energy, social capacity, day phase and optional notes.
- Rift entries you write: monsters, ghosts, case files, clues and suspects.
- Inner Zoo encounters, coping-card use and journal answers.
- XP, badges, mystery boxes and ritual completions.
- Settings: Quieter surfaces, the daily nudge, your Fog Mode choice and whether you have seen the tutorial.
We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.
Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.
What leaves your device
Nothing that identifies you. NEUROCADE doesn’t send your personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Permissions
NEUROCADE asks for these only when you use the feature that needs them. You can change your answer at any time in the Settings app.

Tracking, ads and analytics
NEUROCADE doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.
NEUROCADE doesn’t show ads.
It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.
Accounts
There are no accounts in NEUROCADE. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.
Purchases
NEUROCADE has no in-app purchases.
Children
NEUROCADE isn’t directed at children under 13, and it doesn’t collect personal information from anyone.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Information on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete it in the app: Settings ▸ Your data ▸ Delete everything clears your tasks, ideas, check-ins, focus sessions, Rift entries, Zoo encounters and journal answers, XP, badges and boxes. The built-in rituals, creatures and cards and your settings stay. Deleting NEUROCADE removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because NEUROCADE keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email support@marketgence.com. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how NEUROCADE handles information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and list the change below.
