What can I do with Shadow Companion Codex?

How do I lock the Inner Sanctuary?
The lock is on by default: the Sanctuary asks for Face ID or your passcode before it opens. You can change this with "Lock the Sanctuary" in Settings (the gear on the Codex tab).
Can I get a copy of my codex?
Yes. In Settings ▸ Your data, tap "Export my data", then "Share the export" to save or send the file wherever you choose. Nothing is sent unless you share it.
What do the widgets and Live Activity show?
The widgets show today's ritual and your familiars' names and trust. During a breathing timer, a Live Activity on the Lock Screen shows the familiar's name and the breathing phase. Sanctuary entries never appear on them.
Where can I find help if I'm in crisis?
Tap "Crisis resources" in Settings, or "Find local resources" on the Codex tab and when logging a summon. The app lists helplines and opens their websites; it isn't a crisis service itself.
Do I need an account?
No. Shadow Companion Codex works without signing in.
Where is my data kept?
On your device. We don’t have a copy, so we can’t recover it if you delete the app; keep your device backed up.
How do I restore my purchases?
Codex ▸ Settings (gear) ▸ Restore purchases, or on the membership screen. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. If your purchase still doesn’t appear, email us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ Shadow Companion Codex, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Codex ▸ Settings (gear) ▸ Your data ▸ Delete all data (removes familiars, summons, quests and Sanctuary entries). Deleting Shadow Companion Codex from your device removes what it keeps in its own storage. If you've bought something, a random purchase identifier that the app keeps in the iOS Keychain can stay on the device after the app is deleted, so your purchases can be matched again; it doesn't identify you.
