What can I do with Yagrumo?
- Medical appointments with reminders and an optional copy in the iPhone Calendar.
- Medicine cabinet: dose times, doses taken, low-supply warnings and refill requests.
- Prescription tracking from request to pickup.
- Appointment notes: questions for the doctor, photos of documents, and a voice note with optional transcription.
- Contacts for doctors, family and home services, with one-tap call, FaceTime, text message and WhatsApp.

- SOS screen to call emergency services or trusted family and share your medical card.
- Recurring reminders and a large-text option.
How do I add an appointment to the iPhone Calendar?
When you create or edit an appointment, leave the Calendar option on. iOS asks once for access to your calendars. Turn the option off to keep the appointment only in Yagrumo.
How do I record what the doctor said?
Open the appointment and, in the Preparar la cita or Después de la cita card, tap Comenzar or Abrir, then Grabar una nota. You can listen to the note later and tap Transcribir grabación to turn it into text. Transcription is optional and asks for its own permission.
Why do I see sample contacts and appointments?
On first launch Yagrumo shows example contacts, appointments and medicines so you can see how it works. To start empty, use Ajustes ▸ Tus datos ▸ Borrar datos y reiniciar.
Does Yagrumo send messages to my family by itself?
No. Yagrumo prepares messages only for the people you mark as trusted in Ajustes, and opens Messages or WhatsApp for you to review and send.
Why don't medicine reminders sound?
Check that notifications are allowed for Yagrumo in the iPhone Settings, and that Silent mode or a Focus is not muting them. In Ajustes ▸ Avisos de medicamentos you can pick the sound and tap Actualizar avisos.
Do I need an account?
No. Yagrumo works without signing in.
Where is my data kept?
On your device. We don’t have a copy, so we can’t recover it if you delete the app; keep your device backed up.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Ajustes (the gear on Hoy) ▸ Tus datos ▸ Borrar datos y reiniciar erases contacts, appointments, medicines, medical history, photos, recordings, reminders and preferences. Copies already in Calendar or shared elsewhere stay there. Deleting Yagrumo from your device removes what it keeps in its own storage.
