Lullabye Sky Privacy Policy
In short
- Data not collected. Lullabye Sky doesn’t send your personal information to us or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
- No tracking and no ads. Lullabye Sky doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites and doesn’t show ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services are built in.
- No account: you don’t sign in, and we don’t know who you are.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Who we are
Lullabye Sky is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Lullabye Sky on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: support@marketgence.com.
What stays on your device
Lullabye Sky keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:
- The child's first name, if a grown-up enters it in Parent Settings (optional).
- Which stories were played, when and for how long (the sleep history in the parent area).
- Unlocked dream creatures and opened story packs.
- Narration language, bedtime, reminder and sleep-timer settings, and sound mix levels.
- A small snapshot for the Home Screen widget (streak, bedtime, last story title, creatures found), shared only with the app's own widget.
- A record of purchased story packs, kept in the device Keychain.
We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.
Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.
What leaves your device
Nothing that identifies you. Lullabye Sky doesn’t send your personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Services we use
These outside services receive data from Lullabye Sky to make it work. Each handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Unsplash (images.unsplash.com)
- Serves the story cover pictures shown on story cards and in the player. What it receives: Only the normal request data needed to download a picture, such as the device's IP address. No name, account or usage information is sent. When story cards or the story player are on screen and the picture isn't already cached.
Permissions
Lullabye Sky asks for these only when you use the feature that needs them. You can change your answer at any time in the Settings app.

Tracking, ads and analytics
Lullabye Sky doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.
Lullabye Sky doesn’t show ads.
It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.
Accounts
There are no accounts in Lullabye Sky. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.
Purchases
Lullabye Sky offers one-time purchases through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment and knows what you bought; we don’t receive your name, email address or payment details. The app checks what you’ve bought on your device with Apple’s StoreKit. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to the purchase.
Children
Lullabye Sky is made for children and their parents. It doesn’t collect personal information from children or from anyone else. Made for children at bedtime. A grown-up may enter the child's first name in Parent Settings so the narrator can say good night; it is optional, kept only on the device, spoken by the device's built-in voice and never sent anywhere. The parent area and the story pack store sit behind a parental gate (a multiplication question) that locks again when the app leaves the screen. Purchases are made with the Apple Account on the device and follow its Screen Time and Ask to Buy settings.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Information on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete it in the app: Parent tab (after the parental gate) ▸ Your Data ▸ Reset all progress (erases the sleep history, creatures, child's name and preferences on the device; purchases stay with your Apple Account). Deleting Lullabye Sky removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those. If you've bought something, a random purchase identifier that the app keeps in the iOS Keychain can stay on the device after the app is deleted, so your purchases can be matched again; it doesn't identify you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because Lullabye Sky keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email support@marketgence.com. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Lullabye Sky handles information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and list the change below.
- : First version on apps.marketgence.com, replacing the rork.live policy. That page wrongly said RevenueCat managed purchases; they are checked with Apple on the device. This version also says story covers are downloaded from Unsplash and that a child's first name, if entered, stays on the device.
