What can I do with Lullabye Sky?
- Narrated bedtime stories in English or Spanish, spoken by the device's built-in voices.

How do I get into the Parent area?
Open the Parent tab and answer the multiplication question. The area locks again whenever the app leaves the screen, so a child can't wander in later.
Can the narrator say my child's name?
Yes. In the Parent area, enter a first name under Your Child. The narrator greets your child by name at the start of each story. The name is optional and stays on this device.
How do I switch the stories to Spanish?
In the Parent area, choose the narration language (English or Spanish). Narration uses the voices built into your device.
How do I set a bedtime reminder?
In the Parent area, set the bedtime and turn on Bedtime Reminder. iOS will ask for permission to send notifications the first time.
Do I need an account?
No. Lullabye Sky works without signing in.
Where is my data kept?
On your device. We don’t have a copy, so we can’t recover it if you delete the app; keep your device backed up.
How do I restore my purchases?
Parent tab (after the parental gate) ▸ Story Packs ▸ Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. If your purchase still doesn’t appear, email us.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Parent tab (after the parental gate) ▸ Your Data ▸ Reset all progress (erases the sleep history, creatures, child's name and preferences on the device; purchases stay with your Apple Account). Deleting Lullabye Sky from your device removes what it keeps in its own storage. If you've bought something, a random purchase identifier that the app keeps in the iOS Keychain can stay on the device after the app is deleted, so your purchases can be matched again; it doesn't identify you.
