Nookrelay Privacy Policy
In short
- Data not collected. Nookrelay doesn’t send your personal information to us or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
- No tracking and no ads. Nookrelay doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites and doesn’t show ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services are built in.
- No account: you don’t sign in, and we don’t know who you are.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Who we are
Nookrelay (“Nookrelay: Home Projects” on the App Store) is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Nookrelay on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: support@marketgence.com.
What stays on your device
Nookrelay keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:
- Your homes, rooms, projects, tasks, measurements, product options, purchases, payments, work sessions and notes.
- Photos, receipts and documents you attach, copied into the app's private storage and protected by iOS data protection.
- Room scans: the approximate measurements and the scan's 3D file (USDZ).
- Preferences such as your measurement unit, selected home and Weekend Mode settings.
- A random identifier the app creates for App Store purchases, kept in this iPhone's Keychain.
We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.
Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.
What leaves your device
Nothing that identifies you. Nookrelay doesn’t send your personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Permissions
Nookrelay asks for these only when you use the feature that needs them. You can change your answer at any time in the Settings app.

Tracking, ads and analytics
Nookrelay doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.
Nookrelay doesn’t show ads.
It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.
Accounts
There are no accounts in Nookrelay. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.
Purchases
Nookrelay offers one-time purchases through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment and knows what you bought; we don’t receive your name, email address or payment details. The app checks what you’ve bought on your device with Apple’s StoreKit. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to the purchase.
Children
Nookrelay isn’t directed at children under 13, and it doesn’t collect personal information from anyone.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Information on your device stays until you delete it. Deleting Nookrelay removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those. If you've bought something, a random purchase identifier that the app keeps in the iOS Keychain can stay on the device after the app is deleted, so your purchases can be matched again; it doesn't identify you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because Nookrelay keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email support@marketgence.com. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Nookrelay handles information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and list the change below.
- : Nookrelay's privacy policy moves to apps.marketgence.com and replaces the earlier page on rork.live. How the app handles your data hasn't changed. This version also says that a room scan's 3D file is kept on your iPhone along with the measurements.
